Entegra Procurement Services
Entegra, a subsidiary of Sodexo, will host a free webinar examining how geopolitical instability and shifting commodity markets are continuing to impact food and beverage procurement.
Titled “Global Tensions, Rising Costs: What It Means for F&B Procurement”, the session will explore the wider market forces influencing supply chains, pricing and operational planning at a time when many organisations are facing continued pressure on budgets and cost control.
Taking place on Monday 18 May | 1:00pm–2:00pm BST, the webinar will be led by Samuel Rosiaux, Vice President of Global Supply Management for Food & Beverage at Sodexo.
With more than 20 years’ experience in procurement and supply management, Rosiaux leads macroeconomic and commodity market analysis at Group level, helping organisations understand the impact of volatility across food and beverage categories.
The session will cover the latest macroeconomic outlook in light of the Middle East crisis, movements across energy and agricultural commodity markets through to 2027, and the resulting impact on food pricing, supply availability and procurement strategy.
Martin Jordan, Head of European/UK Supply Chain - Global Operations for Entegra said:
“Organisations are having to make procurement and operational decisions in an increasingly complex market environment. Understanding the external pressures influencing food costs and supply chains is critical to planning effectively and responding with confidence. This webinar is designed to provide practical market insight that attendees can take away and apply within their own organisations.”
